Business Analyst will Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and customer needs. This role will be vital to the business as we continue our rapid growth in the U.S., global markets and launch new indications for our products. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing and funded startup. This is a full-time position with benefits, where the successful candidate will have a huge impact on our business and can become a key player on the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking and forecasting market trends and market share gains and losses.

• Gather and monitor information on competitors and conduct analysis on their sales, pricing and methods of distribution.

• Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis

• Collaborate with internal and external partners and provide ongoing support for various queries

• Able to effectively utilize data visualization skills and other forms of presentation tools to present data and insights to senior leadership.

• Perform advanced data analyses and generate reports in support of business operations

• Design and implement dashboards, analyze complex problems, derive options and solutions and present in an understandable manner to leadership.

• Provide reports and insights into marketing trends and decisions. Tracking progress with annual operating goals and highlighting potential issues.

Required Skills

• Bachelors or master’s degree in related field.

• 0-1 year of experience

• Critical thinker with strong analytic modeling and technical skills

• Manage basic data entry

• Ability to juggle multiple high priority projects and meet tight deadlines

• Experience in data reporting and analytics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau, CRM system

• Proficient with SQL and Python 

• Responsible, dependable, quick learner

• Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues
